15kg lost in 12 weeks!

Here is my summary of the last 12 weeks. I will post more information about how I managed to do this, but for now, here are a few charts that represent the data. I started at 90kg on 15th January & I'm now 75.4kg. Average calories per day (net - calries consumed less calories burned through exercise) was less than 1500. You can see I was pretty fanatical about exercising!
